Save the date for free sports physicals for next year. You must have a sports physical dated after April 15,2026 to start any preseason workouts and practices in August when we come back to school.

a wrestler must have this exact form filled out by a healthcare professional NP,PA,MD,DO etc. in order for a referee to let them participate if they have a visible place on their skin at weighins before each event.

I updated the schedule and put an E by events all wrestlers boys and girls should wrestle at. Thre of these dates Dec 9, Dec 16, Jan 6 will have limited girls matches because those teams don’t have many. I will email the coaches the week before to see what they have. We will bring girls to wrestle theirs. The rest of our girls can come along to warmup/practice/watch or they can have that evening off.

I will send a paper copy home of this schedule next week.
